Looking for a Guest House?

On the northeast side of Port-au-Prince, in the zone called Santo, is a beautiful Guest House that is available to individuals, couples, and groups of all sizes. The Guesthouse is called LaKay, and it is one of my favorite places to stay when I’m in Port-au-Prince, especially when I’m travelling with a short-term mission team.

The facilities are clean, with modern bathrooms. The grounds are beautifully kept and in a very quiet area, which is a great thing considering how the city is so noisy and crowded.

Pastor Herode Guillomettre and his wife Edline are the owners of the Guest House. The staff who live there are managed by Pastor Francklin Alexis. All are extremely friendly and helpful.

The daily rate of $35 per person includes two delicious and varied meals at breakfast and supper.

If you are interested in staying one night or a week or longer, contact Pastor Francklin at alexis_francklin@yahoo.fr, or call him at 011.509.3434.4366, OR you can reach Edline at edline69@yahoo.ca or call her at 011.509.3428.7931.
