“…to be God's rescue agents to a nation given to Satan.” “…to bring renewed praise and worship that will be sweet incense before the Throne of Heaven.”“… to help prepare indigenous teams for a spiritual invasion of their island.”
We are seeking “renewal” churches, and individuals connected in Spirit to what God is doing in revival in various cities and nations, those familiar and active in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, intercession, spiritual warfare, healing, and deliverance. We go to Haiti (and the Dominican Republic) initially to intercede and discern the spiritual forces at work in the “present darkness,” then to work to unite groups of pastors in prayer and mutual ministries, to draw churches closer to the Throne of God in worship, and to teach and preach “The Road to Revival” with hopes of creating a true expression of The Church of Jesus Christ serving the city and nation.
We will engage in preaching, teaching, worship-leading, bringing words of knowledge and revelation from the Lord, healing and deliverance ministries, and intercession and prayer for the nation. We will trust the Lord to release spiritual gifts through the uniqueness of each person, under the guidance of our team.
We must make it clear that we are not a ministry dedicated to short-term mission trips. Pastor Jim most often travels alone with one or two associates, and occasionally with one or more people who have clearly been sent by God to accompany him. If you feel that the Lord has called and equipped you for the specific purposes outlined throughout this website, please feel free to call or write to us and explain what He has put on your heart, and we will let you know if it seems clear to us that you should minister alongside us.
We must also make it clear that accomodations, food, transportation, and other arrangements in both Haiti and the Dominican Republic can be quite primitive, and require immense flexibility and constant unexpected changes.
If after reading this, you still sense the still, small voice of the Spirit prompting you to go with us, please feel free to contact us. |
